Enquiry, quotation and agreement
A website enquiry is non-binding and does not confirm a flight. Quote validity is stated in the quotation. An assignment is confirmed after scope, price and practical conditions have been agreed.
Private prices include VAT and business prices exclude VAT. Starting prices are indicative. Additional work is priced and approved before it is carried out.
Weather, airspace and safety
We check current airspace and flight conditions before confirming an assignment. Weather, restrictions, people on the ground, obstacles or other circumstances may require a flight to be adapted, postponed or stopped.
Not every address, angle or surface can be reached. The decision whether to fly depends on actual conditions at the site.
Rescheduling and cancellation
If weather makes flying unsuitable or unsafe, the assignment is rescheduled without a flight. A new time is agreed with the customer. Any costs already incurred must have been covered by prior agreement.
Customer cancellation and any fees are governed by the accepted quote. Notify changes promptly. Mandatory consumer rules, including any applicable right of withdrawal, apply regardless of the quote. Required consumer contract information is provided before agreement.
Travel and special costs
Local travel is included within the area defined in the quote. Longer travel is priced before booking. Hotel, ferry, parking and other special travel costs are included only if expressly stated.
Customer cooperation and access
The customer provides accurate site information, agreed access and necessary permissions for land and facilities within their responsibility. Known risks, activities and the contact person must be communicated. The company assesses the flight conditions.
Delivery and dissemination permits
Delivery contents, formats and estimated timing are stated in the quote. Weather, supplementary work or authority processing can affect timing.
When required, we handle the dissemination permit process before imagery is delivered for public distribution. Material must not be distributed contrary to permit requirements. Usage rights and restrictions are stated in the agreement.
Inspection and documentation
Drone inspection documents visible conditions and does not replace a full building survey. Not every defect can be detected. Concealed structures and watertightness testing are not included.
Events outside the parties’ control
Authority decisions, extraordinary weather and circumstances beyond reasonable control may prevent an assignment. The parties inform each other and seek a workable alternative. Mandatory consumer rights cannot be excluded on this basis.
Questions and complaints
Contact Nordisk Drönarteknik promptly if you identify a problem with delivery. Describe any deviation from the agreement so it can be investigated. Mandatory law and applicable consumer rights apply.
