Can you fly everywhere?
No. Each flight is assessed against current airspace, the location, people on the ground and other flight conditions.
What happens if the weather is unsuitable?
The assignment is rescheduled without a flight if weather makes flying unsuitable or unsafe.
Do I need to be at home?
That depends on the service. Some external documentation assignments can be completed in your absence by prior agreement.
